A journey of movement, stillness and coming home to myself
I did not arrive at these practices through perfection or ease. I arrived because I needed them.
I was born in Australia, raised in the UK, and have spent the last sixteen years weaving the two places into a life that holds adventure, creativity and a deep curiosity for the human experience. I am a writer, a photographer, a lover of interiors, and someone who finds meaning in the small, ordinary moments, the light through a window, the quiet of early morning, the feeling of being fully inside my own body.
My path into yoga, meditation, breath and sound began during a time of injury and disconnection. Like many people, I had spent years living from the neck up, moving through life fast, always reaching for the next thing. My body was simply the vessel that carried me. I didn’t yet understand that it was also the place where clarity, intuition and healing lived.
What started as a need to repair my physical body slowly became a way of remembering myself.
Movement became a way to find stillness.
Stillness became a way to feel again.
Feeling became a way to come home.
