Yoga

Movement through Asana and beyond. Working with the traditional teaching, Fai incorporates Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha into her embodied flows.

Fai teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow & Yin.

Meditation

Holding space for others to slow down their inner landscape and find clarity.

Fai works with various techniques, including visualisations, body scans, yog Nidra, Mindfulness, Chakra balancing and others.

Sound Medicine

Working with Vibration Fai hosts Sound baths and one-on-one sessions to bypass the thinking brain, letting the body recalibrate.

Fai works with a number of instruments, beyond the classic singing bowls.

Pranayama (Breath)

Using the Breath to teach the body how to self-soothe, develop a wider capacity for life and to control the Prana (energy) within the body.

Fai incorporates these teachings into her classes but also offers one on ones for a deeper exploration.

A journey of movement, stillness and coming home to myself

I did not arrive at these practices through perfection or ease. I arrived because I needed them.

I was born in Australia, raised in the UK, and have spent the last sixteen years weaving the two places into a life that holds adventure, creativity and a deep curiosity for the human experience. I am a writer, a photographer, a lover of interiors, and someone who finds meaning in the small, ordinary moments, the light through a window, the quiet of early morning, the feeling of being fully inside my own body.

My path into yoga, meditation, breath and sound began during a time of injury and disconnection. Like many people, I had spent years living from the neck up, moving through life fast, always reaching for the next thing. My body was simply the vessel that carried me. I didn’t yet understand that it was also the place where clarity, intuition and healing lived.

What started as a need to repair my physical body slowly became a way of remembering myself.

Movement became a way to find stillness.
Stillness became a way to feel again.
Feeling became a way to come home.

Core Teaching Approach

A gentle blend of movement, meditation, stillness and sound

Your sessions may include a combination of practices depending on what your body, mind and energy call for that day:

• grounding movement to come home to the body

• meditation for spaciousness and quiet insight
• stillness for integration and nervous system down-regulation

• sound to soothe, reset and harmonise the inner landscape

The blend is fluid and personal. The intention is always the same: to help you return to yourself with softness and presence.

Trauma-sensitive, breath-led teaching

• Every session begins with the breath. It is the anchor, the guide and the doorway back into presence.

• My approach is trauma-sensitive, grounded in choice, agency and deep listening.

• Students are invited—not instructed—to move in ways that feel supportive. There is no pressure, no expectation, no pushing into discomfort. Instead, we work with awareness, compassion and nervous system safety so that the practice becomes a space of genuine restoration and trust.

Respectful integration of traditional practices and philosophy

I honour the lineage of yoga, meditation, pranayama and sound by teaching with reverence rather than performance. Practices are shared in a way that remains accessible, respectful and grounded in their original intent: to support clarity, steadiness and inner connection. You’ll find gentle references to philosophy and meaning woven through the experience—not as doctrine, but as guidance for living with more ease and presence.

Focus on embodied movement, nervous system support and intuitive sequencing

Movement is approached as a dialogue with the body, not something to control or override. Sequences are intentionally slow, steady and reflective, designed to soothe rather than stimulate the nervous system.

Through mindful transitions, stabilising postures, mobility work, and spacious pacing, students learn how it feels to inhabit their bodies fully. Each session is crafted intuitively, adapting to what is alive in the room rather than following rigid choreography.

One-to-one work specialising in reconnection, grounding and emotional clarity

Private sessions offer a container for deeper reconnection to body, breath, and inner awareness.

Whether you are returning after injury, navigating stress, feeling disconnected, or seeking personal guidance, one-to-one work allows us to move at your pace. We regulate the nervous system, rebuild trust in the body, and create pathways to emotional clarity through breath, movement and stillness.
