Orders for prints are confirmed once full payment has been received. Client work and collaborations will be invoiced, with work commencing once payment is received as per the terms of said invoice.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are used to process transactions.

 

1.3 Licensing & Copyright

 

Purchasing a print does not grant the buyer any rights for reproduction, commercial use, or redistribution. Prints are for personal use only.

Digital downloads are strictly for personal use unless otherwise stated; any use in the public domain will need to be accompanied by a commercial license unless this use is part of a collaboration or project, where licensing agreements are covered in the terms of the contract. 1.4 Shipping & Delivery

 

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the location and print type.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Print sales are on hold currently due to Fai traveling; these will be available again shortly. Please email info@faimos.com if you have a request, and we will do our best to facilitate your requests.

 

1.5 Limitation of Liability

 

The website owner is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), delays may occur.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy for Prints ONLY

 

3.1 Print Orders

 

As prints are per order, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged prints.

It is normal and not considered a fault if there is a variation in colour profile from your digital checkout to the real-life print. Variations in colour profiles, screen qualities and printing techniques are considered normal.

If you are looking to match a specific colour with your interior please contact info@faimos.com for a custom variation of the print you are interested in.

 

3.2 Reporting Issues

 

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos as proof.

A replacement will be sent for defective items, but no refunds are issued.

 

3.3 Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as prints are in production.

 

3.4 Digital Downloads

 

No refunds are available for digital purchases.

Q: What kind of paper is used for prints?

A: All prints are printed with a fine art digital printer of archival quality, the industry standard in galleries and museums worldwide.

Q: What type of printer is used?

A: The latest Epson P20070 printer uses genuine Epson Ultrachrome Pro inks.

 

Q: Are prints signed?

A: All prints are sent with an authentication certificate.

 

Q: How are the Prints mounted for framing?

A: Photographs are printed and dry-mounted to an archival 5mm foam board using an acid-free film. This process involves passing the artwork through a press and bonding it to a substrate, ensuring that the print remains perfectly flat and ripple-free for many years to come.

 

Q: What type of frames are used?

A: The shadowbox frames are handcrafted from locally sourced FSC-certified timbers.

Using museum-quality acrylic in place of glass to protect the print from damaging UV rays. This also keeps the weight to a minimum to avoid breakages. Each frame is finished with hanging wire.

 

 

Q: What frame sizes are available as standard?

Print  200 x 300mm with Frame 220 x 320mm

Print  400 x 600mm with Frame 422 x 622mm

Print 600 x 900mm with Frame 628 x 928mm

Print 800 x 1200mm with Frame 828 x 1228mm

4.4 Returns & Refunds

 

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
