Photographing New York, a city of immense contrast, with its relentless pace, towering skyscrapers, and melting pot of cultures. As a visitor, I find myself drawn to its energy and complexity, and on my recent trip, I wanted to capture the essence of the city through my photographs. The blue and yellow tones in my series represent the struggle and the hope that are so integral to the New York experience. The city is notorious for its brutal competitiveness, but it is also a place where dreams can come true with hard work and determination.

Through my photo editing, I wanted to depict the multifaceted nature of New York, showcasing both its gritty, urban side alongside its shining moments of triumph. From the cold blues that symbolise the challenges evident in the city to the warm yellows that represent the promise of success, these photos are a testament to the resilience and diversity of New York.
