As our photographs are printed and our frames are made to order, we do not offer a refund policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in contact and we can arrange a solution for you.

If you are approved for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, boxed, unhung and free from damage or marks of any kind. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
