Who do you use for your printing?

Fai Mos works with local Melbourne framers for their high quality archival printing and museum grade framing.

What is a giclée print?

A fine art digital print made on an inkjet printer. They are archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years. It is the industry standard in galleries and museums across the world.

What type of printer do Format use?

The latest Epson P20070 printer using genuine Epson Ultrachrome Pro inks.

What type of paper do you use?

Photographs are printed on 300gsm 100% cotton rag

Do your framers use real timber?

All timber is locally sourced from sustainable sources. Frames are Victorian Ash or Tasmanian Oak.

Are the frames mass produced?

No each frame is hand cut and carefully assembled on demand.

Frame Sizes:

Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and custom sizes on request.

Frame colours:

Black & White. Other finishes available on request.

Can you do custom sizes and frames colours?

Yes. Please email fai.mos@me.com and we can work with you to print something uniquely yours. This will likely increase the lead time.

Shipping is free for all orders.

How long will delivery take?

2-4 weeks depending on your delivery address.

Where is my order shipped from

All orders are shipped from Melbourne Australia.

How are the frames shipped?

The frame is bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging. All work is insured against loss or damage.

How are the print only options shipped?

If you have selected a print only, or are located in a country other than Australia, your print will be printed with a 10-20mm border and will be rolled and shipped in a tube.
