What you can exoect while on retreat

Morning Flow

7.30 AM - 9.30 AM

Start your day with an energising vinyasa flow. Perfect for all levels.

Brunch Buffet

9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Nourish your body with a healthy and hearty breakfast, including: Juices, tea & Coffee, eggs the way you like them (including a vegan option), fresh fruit, muesli, porridge or chia pod with seeds and nuts. (changes daily)

Free Time or 1:1 Sessions

11:30 AM - 4:30 PM

This is your time to relax, explore, read, write, visit the spa, or get to know your fellow retreat attendees.

One-on-One sessions will be scheduled with each person individually after the Workshop on the day.

Evening Practice

4:30 PM - 6:300 PM

Slow Flow, Yin, Meditation and Pranyama, this will change daily depending on the group's needs.

Group Dinner

6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Every evening, our nourish partner serves a different style of dinner, taking you around the world with your taste buds and surprising and delighting you every time.

Excursion Day

Visit a local Sight or Sanctuary, a place that will allow you to temporarily leave the Yoga bubble and immerse yourself in the culture of your destination.

Retreats offer a gentle pause from daily life, a chance to reset, breathe deeply and reconnect with the part of you that often gets buried beneath responsibility. They blend yoga, meditation, healing sessions, breathwork, sound, and rest into a nourishing and transformative experience.

Vegan nourishment is at the heart of how we live, looking after our health. Our retreats are no different, so for one week we invite you to be curious about colour, flavour and nourishment beyond your usual diet.

The menu will nourish you from the inside out. Fresh and delicious, all dietary concerns can be taken care of.

Wherever our next retreat is hosted, there will be solo and shared rooms available.
