Everything I teach, I write about. And everything I write about, I've lived inside a practice first. The Words & Contemplations blog is where I explore the ideas behind the movement: the nervous system science behind breathwork, the yogic philosophy that underpins what happens on the mat, and the embodied experience of learning to trust your own body again. The writing and the practice are the same conversation, arriving through different doors. I am based in Melbourne.

Currently teaching at Moksha Yoga Bentleigh and Kozen Yoga Hawthorn, I also work with clients 1:1 online and in person.

Before I was a teacher, I was a student who needed permission.

Permission to slow down. To take up space. To stop treating my body like a performance and start treating it like a home. That permission came — slowly, imperfectly — through yoga, through breathwork, through learning to sit with what was actually happening inside me rather than managing it from a distance.

I left a corporate career to do this work. Not because I had it all figured out — but because I'd experienced, first-hand, what practice could make possible. And I wanted other women to have access to that.

I'm a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, a 110-hour meditation and mindfulness facilitator, an 80-hour Pranayama practitioner, a Yin yoga practitioner, and a sound medicine practitioner. I teach at Moksha Yoga Bentleigh and Kozen Yoga Hawthorn here in Melbourne, and I work with clients 1:1 online and in person across yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness practices.

Everything I teach is rooted in the same things I write about: the nervous system, the body's intelligence, the slow work of coming home to yourself.

"I teach the way I want to be taught — honestly, unhurriedly, and with deep respect for wherever you are."

"Everything I teach, I write about. And everything I write about, I've lived inside a practice first."
