What you can expect while on retreat
7:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Morning Flow

Start your day with an energizing vinyasa flow. Perfect for all levels.

9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Brunch Buffet

Nourish your body with a healthy and hearty breakfast, including: Juices, tea & Coffee, eggs the way you like them (including a vegan option), fresh fruit, muesli, porridge or chia pod with seeds and nuts. (changes daily)

11:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Free Time or 1:1 Sessions

This is your time to relax, explore, read, write, visit the spa, or get to know your fellow retreat attendees.

One-on-One sessions will be scheduled with each person individually after the Workshop on Day 2.

4:30 PM - 6:300 PM

Evening Practice

Slow Flow, Yin, Meditation and Pranyama, this will change daily depending on the group's needs.

6:30 PM - 8:30 pM

Group Dinner

every evening Vikasa put on a different style of dinner, taking you around the world with your tastebuds being suprised and delighted every eveening.

Excursion (Day 4)

Elephant Sanctuary

Visit a local Elephant Sanctuary, one that is ethical and has rescued these majestic creatures from forced work or other undesirable lives.

Vikasa Life Cafe is a world-renowned restaurant with Vegan cooking at its heart. Offering some fish dishes when needed, this menu will nourish you from the inside out. Fresh and delicious, all dietary concerns can be taken care of.

Accomdation Options

Vikasa is not a typical hotel. Beyond accommodation, Vikasa offers a supportive environment for you to have a potentially life changing retreat experience. The accommodation is meant to be comfortable but simple. There are no TVs or plush bathrobes or fancy mini-bars filled with chocolate and alcohol. Vikasa offers a modest and beautiful surroundings and we focus on what’s really important during your stay – a transformative yoga retreat experience.
